Stated Income Loans can be a bear to find today. But a Florida corporation has come up with something that blows all others out of the water. They are offering financing as a replacement for the stated jumbo loan, for high end homes (500k-20mm) with no credit check or tax forms, with 15% upfront cash plus closing costs.
